Sports injuries can only be claimed for if there has been malicious intent involved. Accidents in the work place occur frequently but don't be put off making a claim because of this. Poor safety regulations, lack of safety training or an employer who fails to provide the correct safety clothing are all reasons to seek further legal advice. Many people are hesitant of claiming against an employer, however all employers should have insurance to cover such accidents and victimisation should not occur.

Minor damage resulting in full recovery can reward with claims of £1,500. Loss of middle finger up to £7,500; while the loss of two fingers or more can result in you receiving up to £40,000.
